tram stopsmall roommissing towels
the tram stop close to the hotel was acceptable it made getting around easier
the room felt quite small even after i thought i had booked a larger one i could barely open my suitcase. breakfast was a bit of a disaster a long wait for a simple coffee and then nothing arrived i left without eating. also nobody replaced the towels in the room i would have expected it

The building has a fine design and spacious rooms. The park is a delight to view. Trams are available within a short walk. I found getting to the Central Train Station convenient, only takes about ten minutes.
I thought some kinks were still present, as is normal in a new hotel.
